We had seen José Mourinho wearing Franck Muller Watch in year 2009; but starting from December 2010, no other brand would be on his wrist but the deLaCour Watches; at least for several years ahead. Before their semi-final second-leg clash in UEFA Champions League 2010, Josep Guardiola of Barcelona FC said:

Well, I am a big fan of Manchester United, but I couldn’t agree more with Pep Guardiola. In terms of marketing, Mourinho have surpassed the other three or even all the football managers in the world. He seems to have the highest market value. Sir Alex, Wenger or Capello hasn’t had a wristwatch specially designed for him. Only Mourinho has!
